I'm Bethany T MUA (bridal & occasion makeup artist), based in the Midlands, UK. For anything about your data, contact me at info@bethanytmua.com or 07465 211199.
When you enquire or book, I collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and any notes or messages you send me. I use these solely to provide my makeup services: responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, arranging your booking, and messaging you about it. Payment is by bank transfer directly to my account — I never see or store card details.
If you tick the box asking to hear about offers, I'll occasionally email you news and availability. You can opt out any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of those emails, or just asking me.
If you send a review, I only publish it (and any photos you attach) after I've approved it. Ask me any time to remove a published review or photo.
Your details are stored securely on this website's own server (hosted in Europe), protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS). Emails are delivered via a transactional email provider, and booking dates (never your personal details beyond your name, venue and timings) may sync to my private work calendar. I don't sell or share your information with anyone else, ever.
Booking and invoice records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that don't become bookings, and marketing preferences, are kept until you ask me to remove them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask me at any time to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Just email info@bethanytmua.com and I'll sort it promptly. If you're ever unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie-like storage used is what's strictly needed for the site to function (such as keeping the owner logged in to the admin area).
